How does cry detection work?

Soothbee uses on-device machine learning (Apple's Sound Analysis framework + our DeepInfant model) to detect baby cries. When a cry is detected, the app automatically plays soothing sounds. All processing happens on your device — no audio is sent to any server.

Does the app work offline?

Yes. Once you've downloaded your favourite tracks, the app works completely offline. Cry detection and voice commands also work without an internet connection.

How do I use CarPlay?

Connect your iPhone to your CarPlay-enabled vehicle. Soothbee appears on your CarPlay dashboard. You can browse categories, control playback, and use voice commands hands-free.

Based on research and parent feedback, harsh weather sounds can be startling for babies. Our sound library focuses on gentle, soothing content like lullabies, classical music, and peaceful ambient music.

How do I mark a track as a favourite?

While playing a track, tap the heart icon. Your favourites are saved and easily accessible from the Favourites tab.

Can I download tracks for offline use?

Yes. Tap the download icon on any track or playlist to save it for offline listening. Premium subscribers get unlimited offline downloads.
